Recently returned from this hotel having visited for 5 nights with my son, mum, sister and nephew. We initially booked this hotel following how appealing it looked for children. My son is nearly 2 and nephew is 18 months. The hotel its self is stunning, the rooms are not overly modern given how modern the rest of the hotel is. I am not sure if it’s the colour schemes. There was one receptionist, a young girl who was amazing, she couldn’t have gone out of her way anymore if she tried, the rest of the receptionist however were useless. They even refused to book us a taxi into Albufera as said they “were not allowed”.. I do not know how a hotel is not allowed to book you a taxi however we luckily spoke to a couple who told us to download an app and this is what we used for our taxis throughout our stay. The bar staff at the hotel are all lovely and are very generous on drinks when measuring spirits etc. The food is lovely and always a large selection on the buffets. Would i however say that the hotel caters for children as much as advertised? no. The splash park area is so over crowded that it becomes unsafe for younger children to play in this area and use the slides etc. We did not even go in school holidays. We did find a smaller splash park in the hotel which would have been amazing however they have a splash bucket over the slides which is an area to accommodate what i would imagine my sons sort of age however he couldn’t get up to the mini slides without the water bucket drenching him, to the point where it could be quite dangerous. All the pools were also FREEZING which given them being for children, you’d have thought would have been slightly heated. The hotel room we were placed in was over the children’s night time area where there is a trampoline and the noise at night was horrendous, to the point where we would put the children to bed with the balcony door closed and you could hear the kids screaming although they were in the room next door and we were on floor 3. There was no where for younger children to have a run around in an indoor or inclosed area. There is a kids club however only caters for children 4+. Overall, the hotel was lovely and we had a great time, would i pay ￡7,000 for a week in the summer holidays for 2 adults and a 2 year old, absolutly not.

Loly and her team at the buffet restaurant Terral were great. It was my son's 12th birthday and Loly decorated our dinner table beautufully. She brought a cake with candels and her whole team sang "Happy Birthday" to my son in spanish. Loly and her team are wonderful. I recommend Iberostar Albufera Park hotel anytime.

Loly was the best and cutest chef waitress food was amazing she was permanently trying to do the more then her best always a smile on her face and helps any single guest individually

Amazing Hotel right at the beachside; from the roof top you can enjoy the panoramic view on at the sea, while having a cocktail from the bar at the ground floor - recommend that bar as a Top one! Baristas proved to make top cocktails, and to a huge surprise the taste is not waterish as you can experience in other hotels ;)

Top Service im ganzen Hotel. Loly und Sergio im Restaurant Tereal sind ein Vorbild für Gastfreundschaft, Freundlichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Jedes Jahr aufs neue sind wir als Familie begeistert. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal hier sein. Weiter so!

Increíble hotel ...en todos los sentidos ubicación y aparcamiento,amabilidad de todo el personal que trabaja ahy.todo super limpio comida exquisita, diversión sobre todo para los peques que se lo han pasado pipa .jugando en el campus que tienen ,han disfrutado tirándose de la tirolina ..acesso a la playa directo .la hbt nuestra daba a las piscinas Increíbles vistas al mar y la cama de 2x2 una pasada ...spa es peque?o pero muy bien cuidado..es la segunda vez que vamos y repetiremos muchas veces más..se nos a echo corto el finde..hemos disfrutado mucho .Hotel recomendado 100%

I went to spend a day and had a wonderful experience. A lot of fun at good exercise at entertainment team activities: I did paddle yoga with Kati and aquagym and aquabike with Sebastian. Food is delicious. The sky bar area is absolutely stunning, sea view and comfortable beds. The beach is beautiful. The assistant manager Alejandro was very helpful and showed me around the pool and spa area. I recommend this hotel for family vacation.

We have just returned from a 14 day stay at this hotel after booking for 10 days last year and feeling like it wasn't quite enough. It didn't disappoint!! This hotel is fabulous there are a few areas that could do with a bit of updating and again we felt like our room was on the small side but nothing that detracts from how good everything else is. The food was absolutely amazing, we ate so much good food in the 2 weeks we were there, really enjoyed the themed nights and our visit to the Spanish restaurant was fantastic Tolo looked after us and he was wonderful explaining the menu and putting us at ease. Helena looked after us most evening's in the main restaurant always lovely and polite and always with a smile. The staff without exception were perfect they work tirelessly but always have time to speak and spend time with you. Big shout out to Teddy, Stassi, Ady and Edu who made all the sports and games so much fun. Entertainment was again a really high standard the best we've seen in a hotel. Lots of exercise and activities to take part in during the day, again shout out to Jose who made the classes so much fun and was exceptional with all the children. Beach near the hotel is gorgeous, shallow clear water with lot's of fish which the kids again love. Check in as people have mentioned is just the perfect start to the holiday, friendly helpful staff and a lovely cold drink. Drinks are all really good, branded and strong!! We are really struggling to think of a reason to not book again next year :)

First of all a huge shout out to EVERY member of staff at this hotel. So friendly happy and willing to help at all times. You were all fantastic thank you. The restaurant staff.. my gosh you work so hard in such busy times. The lunch and dinner service always ran smoothly. And you do it with a smile on your face. Food and drinks are exceptional. Branded drinks & cocktails. Hotel is immaculate. Beautiful place. The rooms I did find a little dangerous for a one year old as he was climbing the bunk beds. So I had to keep an eye at all times. Pools great clean and all the kids were happy. My nearly 7 year old did find it all a little young for him. I feel this hotel is more catered for under 4s The beach…. Breathtaking honestly The most amazing time. Second time visiting a Iberostar and will definitely return!!!
