En revanche gros bruit la nuit venant de la cour intérieure où il ya les ventilateurs de pompes à chaleur

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación Victoria, en la zona hay muchos comercios.
Habitación en un edificio anexo en piso sótano, con un espacio muy reducido. Lo peor fue el olor a cloaca que soportamos durante las cuatro noches de estancia. Confiaba encontrar algo mucho mejor de un hotel de la cadena Best western. Baja relación calidad -precio.

The room was very nice. The front desk was very helpful with all of our needs. Everyone was great durning our stay.

I was close to the Victoria station. The man at the front desk was very helpful and helped me figure out the trains I needed to catch. I was in a rush and I wouldn’t have been successful if it wasn’t for him! Rooms are very clean and modern.

We made a booking for a room at this hotel, but at no point were we told that the room was actually in a different building, not the main hotel. On top of that, the building we were sent to didn’t have an elevator, so we had to walk to another street and carry our luggage to a separate building. It was very inconvenient and not pleasant at all. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here unless you get a room in the actual hotel building.

Die Lage an sich ist gut. Aber in Nebengeb?ude waren wir im unteren Stock eigebracht, was einem Keller glich. Das Zimmer ist mit 12qm sehr klein und das "Doppelbett" mit 1.40m auch. Zudem h?rte man alle 3 Minuten die U-Bahn durchbrettern.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. We stayed for two days as a couple. The room was on the smaller side as others have mentioned but worked great for a place to rest inbetween seeing the sights. It was a reasonable 5-10 min walk from Victoria station which put it off the high traffic streets with a few nice pubs close by and Sainsbury grocery store just around the corner. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us leave a bag the day we checked out which we retrieved after seeing Wicked that evening. Bike rental station was just a block away. Hope to return in the future!

Booked property through ******* at lower rate than directly through hotel website. Maybe because of this, they gave us the smallest room in the basement of the annex across the street. Room barely fit a double size bed, a cruise ship cabin would be twice as big as this room. Stairs to the room in the basement were steep and narrow and auto lights would only come on after you took your first two or three steps in the dark. We left our towels on the floor thinking we would get clean ones but instead housekeeping picked them up and hung them on hooks behind the door. Housekeeping also left a pair of cleaning gloves draped over the bathroom door handle (who knows where they were used).
