Beautiful restaurant reception and great access for St pancreas station. Annoyed at the charge for internet usage. The login leads you to a paid access. Designed to paying a higher rate for access. Very poor

We stayed here after our wedding over the road at Camden Town Hall. Staff were wonderful, they made up our room with a decorations and a gift, and the breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommend.

酒店位置很好，出行方便，整体就很英伦风格，很有特色的酒店，值得推荐????????，早餐很不错，整体感觉非常舒服

房间比较宽敞，酒店非常好看，早餐是点餐，还是比较高级。就在火车站附近，还有地铁站，出行非常方便。整体感受不错。

房间还可以，就是前台办入住的一名白人女性很强势！不肯给好房间，歧视中国客人！他们黑人服务员服务水平还可以。楼下有个火车站，如果想要安静就不能订这家酒店！

差点被评论区误导了，犹豫了一下才订了这家酒店。入住以后，体验非常好，工作人员都彬彬有礼、素质很高，随时提供分寸感恰好的帮助。早上在大堂主动带非凡国际去看了最美楼梯，还讲了近期到访的名人；等退房后，寄存行李外出时，仔细问了交通安排、航班时间等等，还介绍了附近值得一去的景点。
订的基本款房间不算奢华，但在细节中彰显品味与内涵，比如图1放在靠枕上的文字介绍，即全欧第一间女士吸烟室，等等。酒店餐厅可以直通火车站，去盖特维克机场5站40分钟。
总体感觉能称得上满满的老钱风、传统英伦范。
