房間和各種設施都比較迷你，但是很齊全，電梯貼著友情提示，告訴大家它速度非常慢……哈哈……確實夠慢，跟步行上樓梯差不多。鑰匙尤其是重量級，超級重！白天出門可以存在前臺。距離米蘭中央車站步行十多分鐘，不算近，但是周圍很安靜，住起來也挺舒適

La struttura è moderna e accogliente, bella la camera, ma la doccia era piena di muffa nelle guarnizioni e nel porta sapone, soprattutto ad inizio stagione, si dovrebbe avere una cura maggiore nei dettagli. Il Wii Fii in camera non funzionava, fatto tanti tentativi, ma niente da fare. La palestra e la piscina sono a pagamento, ma lo si scopre solo dopo aver prenotato. Le ragazze in sala per la colazione(a buffet) dopo aver chiesto il numero della camera, non sono venute a chiedere se volevamo delle bevande calde, tipo caffè, cappuccino o altro e non hanno dato informazioni nel caso ne avessimo volute.

This hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the main venues in the city and close to shops, cafes and bars. The welcome is exceptional. Parking is available at €21 per day. It is very tight and initially the system did not recognise our prerecorded number plate. A parking card is given at Reception and then all went smoothly with even a personalised welcome and goodbye on the parking machine. The hotel is modern, bright and airy with a huge inner atrium for lounging with free coffee, tea or water, ordering drinks and for a sumptuous buffet breakfast with a huge array of choice, including hot food at €18 per person. Most rooms overlook this area, although some face the outer main road. Our room was spacious with a super king, very comfy bed, great lighting, a shower room, separate toilet and washbasin area. Rituals toiletries, including hair conditioner and mini toiletries were welcome. The hairdryer has the cord attached to the wall and was not quite long enough to reach easily to see in the mirror and the chair too low to see what you were doing, so one slight flaw here. Standing up to dry hair for 30 mins. isn’t great. 2 bottles of water and nuts were also free. A safe and fridge, as well as a coffee machine and tea made our stay perfect. All staff smile and are wonderfully helpful. On leaving a hand written thankyou card of the city was given to us; the car windows cleaned and another thankyou card left for us. Lovely touches that made guests feel valued. Highly recommend this hotel.

H?tel très bien placé pour visiter Grenade. Parking de l'h?tel à un prix correct. Lit en 2m de large avec tout le confort d'un 4étoiles. Petit déjeuner de bonne facture qui commence à 7h. Pas de restaurant à l'h?tel mais à Grenade ce n'est pas un problème.

I stayed one night at Hotel Montecarlo in Milan. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive — they even kindly offered to keep the room key for me since it was a bit heavy, which was a nice gesture.
The room was reasonably clean, and the location was not bad.
However, I was quite disappointed that although I had booked a “breakfast included” rate, I was told at the hotel that breakfast was not included and was not allowed to have it. I had confirmed this detail in advance, so it was frustrating, especially as it affected the start of my day during the trip.
Because the staff was otherwise so kind, I believe that if this issue is addressed, the hotel would offer a much more reliable and satisfying stay.

Отель расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от станции метро loreto. В отеле чисто, персонал дружелюбен и готов помочь. Прекрасный завтрак. Классный балкон с видом либо на улицу либо на чудесный сад. Однозначно советую.

В старом доме, 20 минут пешком от Милано чентрале. К Дуомо тоже можно дойти минут за 40. Номер был комфорт на одного (с балконом, 2 этаж) - красивый вид из окна. Свежий ремонт, новая сантехника. Есть чайник, чашка, мини-холодильник. Для розеток нужен переходник. Фасад дома разукрашен граффити, но пусть вас это не пугает. Район спокойный. На via Benedetto Spinoza в супермаркете Carrfour принимают карты UnionPay. В отеле тоже удалось заплатить такой картой городской налог.

Fabulous hotel. Comfortable, clean, very friendly and central Granada. Had a great three night stay here in February this year. Breakfast was very good and coffee, tea and water were available all day. It happened to be my birthday on the first day. They noticed at check in and wished me a happy day. Later a staff member arrived at our door with a cake for me. Just a measure of the care they take. Special mention to Carlos P who helped us immensely.

The staff here have been incredible helping return an item I had left behind. The WhatsApp rather than email communication is such a great idea. Best customer experience ever! Staff were delightful throughout our stay. This is on top of a fab hotel, spacious rooms with great quality bathroom products. Unlimited tea and coffee available 24hrs. Good location with onsite site parking. In the heart of lovely Granada. Easy to find thanks to the pre arrival communication. Thank you Boutique Hotel Luna Granada Central you are great!
