Great central location and very stylish historical interior.
Enjoyed the performance of the pianist / singer in the cool bar, too.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming, the bed was comfortable. The room was spotless and nicely furnished - I had the small single.

An exceptional hotel. Loved it . I give them 5 stars on all aspects from front desk, to housekeeping to bar service and ambience ! Special thanks to Sameer Pandey and Nicole de Marchi for their prompt attention .
I will def stay there again and again !

Location was great, hotel was much older than we anticipated but staff was kind and attentive.

Great Room, attentive staff, good breakfast, and probably the best Toastie in London from the Bar. Would come back just for the Toastie. Hotel is top notch.

This place is incredible. The staff are so kind, attentive, and helpful. The room I stayed in was spotless. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

From check in to checkout it was a fabulous experience. It was the same guy that checked us in and out (Israel?) and he made us feel welcome and valued. All the staff were attentive and friendly throughout which enhanced the stay.

The room was impeccable, well designed and of a good size. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The area is quiet yet extremely well located for all major attractions, easily within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was fantastic. Staff were so warm, rooms were well appointed, club sandwich was killer and they have an incredible bar! Great pianist playing most nights
