非常满意，房间面积较宽敞，入住可以自助操作很简单。位置和大本钟离得非常近，可以步行前往。周围有地铁站还有waterloo火车站方便出行。还有公交车可以做，去西区看剧也算方便。从塔桥附近的hilton double tree搬过来，一对比这里真的是太好了。而且还可以自己做饭，楼下采购也很方便，浴室也不错。

The room came with kitchenette. The cleaning service is every two days. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable (especially Paul). This has been my favorite hotel for the past 3 years and counting.

Been there 4-5 times already. The location is close to the bus stop and underground. There’s also a convenience store nearby. Will be back.

位置很方便，装修较新，衞生也很乾净。服务态度很好，早餐丰富。特别赞前台的服态度，热情满脸笑容，赞??。

这个酒店必须点赞，酒店交通便捷，非凡国际自驾过来，附近有停车场，周边超市很多，步行到伦敦眼，大笨钟，威斯敏斯特大教堂都很近，能做饭是最赞，定了一间无障碍带厨房豪华间，房间很大，这次来英国主要看孩子，3天做了3顿晚餐，其中一天孩子赶ppt，自己在房间煎了牛排吃，如果明年跟朋友们一起来，还是定这里
