Absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Kensington! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the neighborhood, with Gloucester Road Station directly in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient to explore London. Shops, restaurants, and other attractions are all within easy reach.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, and the hotel facilities, including the gym and lounge areas, were top-notch.
I especially appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for resting and recharging. The attention to detail and high level of customer service truly made this stay memorable. I would highly recommend Hilton Kensington to anyone visiting London, whether for leisure or business.

和父母一起旅游，选择了这家的家庭房。家庭房是上下两层的套房，下层是梳化床，上层是大号双人床。上下层都有电视、衞生间，而且都可以电梯直达，只是有一个内部的楼梯连起来做成复式的样子。家庭在一间房的同时，保证了各自的私隐和便利。有类似需求的游客非常推荐！服务方面没有打满分，是因为行李寄存服务需求的客人太多了，酒店前台忙不过来，取行李比较慢，耽误了一些时间。

4星酒店的水准已经不错，酒店清洁，风景美丽，对住个大教堂，听到钟声，真的感觉好英式
由酒店行去景点十多分钟，去咗自然历史博物馆及维多利亚博物馆，－定不能错过！
周边好多餐厅好多选择，唯一问题系贵，食一个早餐2个人￡40 ，之后去咗间马来西亚人开餐厅食lunch ￡50 左右，晚餐食中东菜￡115
去一趟Kensington 3日2夜， 等于我一个月伙食费

房间非常宽敞明亮舒适，两个1.5米的大床，浴室也宽敞整洁，早餐丰富多样，有各种水果，味道不错

酒店房间灯光很暗，房间布局很局促，走廊也很暗。酒店胜于地理位置。地铁站、帝国理工学院、自然博物馆、海德公园、维多利亚和阿尔伯特博物馆都在附近，可步行到达。

位置很方便，值得体验，也很安全。

酒店位置极佳，距离海德公园步行不到10分钟，周围是使馆区，环境优美安静。周边购物、吃饭方便，underground就在马路对面。酒店早餐比较丰富，服务员态度友善。

房间真的是非常乾净，衞生间一尘不染，房间虽然不大，但在伦敦地区已经算非常不错了！早餐食材也很新鲜，服务员礼貌热情很友好！
