  • Guest：Very clean communal area, great staff. Our room had not been cleared properly as we found sweet wrappers on the floor. The tea/coffee had not been refilled. (Not a problem for us, we take our own). No toilet brush in bathroom. Toilet, sink and toilet roll holders were too close together making it uncomfortable. Coffee machine in cafe was broken. Great to have cafe and bar on site tho, which we used. Silly things really, but will use again
  • Guest：Location is good for both the railway station and the city centre. Everything was as expected and no problems encountered. Room was large, clean and bathroom good. No frills but exactly what we expected, especially for the bargain price we paid. We did pay ￡3.50 to choose a room so that we could be in top floor and at end of corridor. (Room 312). Would recommend.
  • Guest：Location was good We had a few issues during our stay no net curtains up at the window ( we were 15/20 feet from flats ) so had to leave the curtains closed , No glasses in the bathroom to rinse teeth , Banging,loud music and talking throughout the night , Couldn’t leave the luggage at the hotel but there Is NOTHING about this on the website we found this out when we arrived !
  • Guest：Had a lovely night stay with my 2 granddaughters , greeted with a lovely friendly smile and warm welcome, are room was lovely and clean, had a lovely breakfast cooked by Eleanor and faith Will definitely come back ??
