One of the best customer service from girl who was working in the morning near by 11 am and the boy who was doing late night he is legend ????. Thank.

Room was quite small but great value for money for one night. Hotel is very convenient for Gloucester Road train station and a short walk to natural history and V&A museum as well as Harrods and Kensington high street. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

最高の5日间でした。メトロGloucesterRoad駅、他のバス停からのアクセスも非常に良く、効率の良い旅ができました。目の前にはスーパーマーケットもあるので买い出しもスムーズでした。部屋は広く、大きなスーツケースを広げても全く狭くありませんでした。収纳スペースも多く、洋服やタオルを挂けることもできます。スタッフの方はドライヤーを贷してくれたり、荷物を部屋まで运んでくれるなどとても亲切な方々でした。パーフェクト。强いて欠点を言うのであれば、排水沟の流れが悪く、3日目顷から诘まりが见られました。それを含めても、もう一度泊まりたいホテルであることに间违いはありません。皆さんにも强くおすすめします。

Very nice room & hotel, including staff. Exceptional customer service from the Gentleman on the front desk. If you're looking for fault here, it may just be the size of the TV....

Location is extremely good and accessible to major attractions in London. Could have been cleaner as the toilet wasnt entirely clean. Only 2 bath towels are provided. No hand and floor towels so the floor will get wet after showering. But overall its a good value for the price you pay

Hotel in ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla fermata della metro di Gloucester road, con supermercati, atm, pub e ristoranti nei paraggi...la mia stanza era piccola e i servizi molto basici, consigliato soprattutto a chi vuol visitare Londra la maggior parte della giornata e rientrare in albergo solo per la notte. Nella mia stanza non c'erano phon e bollitore per l'acqua. Personale alla reception cortese e disponibile
