This is our second stay at Mercure Caroline Springs in just two months — and once again, it did not disappoint!
Receptionist Magda was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and engaging! She recognized us from our first visit and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. To our delight, she even told us we’d been upgraded—how exciting! Her warmth and attention to detail truly made our stay special.
From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable rooms with beautiful lake views, everything was just as perfect as we remembered. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the location is ideal — peaceful yet close to shops, cafes, and restaurants.
It’s rare to find a place you want to come back to so quickly, but Mercure Caroline Springs truly feels like a home away from home. Already looking forward to our next visit !!!

Comfortable rooms. Air conditioner has a mind of its own, old units sound like a jet constantly taking off and automatically resumes after adjusting from control panel. Changed rooms 2 times and I gave up with the 3rd

countryside的的一個酒店 不能要求太多，但是房間連拖鞋都沒有，洗漱也需要找酒店。整體評價是商務湊合，不推薦度假
