Dear guests,no one has answered you rudely, on the contrary you have been given all the assistance possible even with your luggage that was lost at the airport in Florence, calling several times to try to help you find it.You have omitted in your review, your extreme rudeness at various moments of the stay, not least that you handed over the room keys 1 hour and a half after the check-out time.You have been told several times that Pepita Lodge is not a hotel and therefore we cannot provide Hotel services, but Guesthouse services and therefore you have been advised to choose a Hotel if you want certain services.
