The room was very clean, the staff and amenities were excellent. My only complaint is the thin walls and windows. I heard everything going on in the next room, and all the cars blowing their horns outside. I was on the 17th floor and it was like I was outside.

It is a hotel with very comfortable and nicely designed rooms in the heart of Panama City. The hotel staff is efficient, attentive and friendly.

My stay at the W was good. I didn't spend much time using their amenities as we had activities booked throughout our stay. The front desk staff was exceptional and goes beyond to bring you satisfaction. The rooms was spacious except for the bathroom and shower personally think it was awkwardly built but doable. The hotel was clean. I did have breakfast my first day there and they had a variety of foods there, breakfast was good don't have much to say in that area. I did not spend time at the rooftop pool as it was not as appealing to me and we didn't have time. We did walk around the neighborhood to a few places and felt completely safe in the area. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend to others.

Very nice hotel grate location and spacious rooms.
Would definitely recommend.

房间很大，位置很好，早起出门跑步，很快就跑海边了。酒店色调新潮，泳池太小了，但早餐非常丰富，味道也很好。
