Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena.
No podemos tener ninguna queja de limpieza, porque estaba todo genial.
Es hotel es muy bonito, con sus detalles tan cuidados y habitaciones tan grandes. Merece la pena.
La ubicación, en long beach, cerca de restaurantes, de escuelas de buceo, desde donde salen las excursiones, todo cerca. A parte, tiene su propio restaurante, en el que la comida está buena y sus cócteles; que también.
Tienen tumbonas, te ofrecen toalla gratuita, te ayudan con el ferry (nos acercaron en barca).
Al llegar nos ofrecieron una bebida de bienvenida, además de alguna tapa.
Se preocupan continuamente por ti, por que vaya todo bien; personal atento y amable.
El desayuno es tipo buffet, en el que puedes pedir zumos que te hacen al momento, café o té.
Además tienen servicio de pancakes, y huevos en varias versiones.
Variedad de panes y bollería, algunos sándwich ya preparados, quesos, salmón, cereales, comida tipo salchichas, macarrones, arroz,… (varía un poco cada día la comida caliente).
No tengo nada negativo que decir.

满分??是给携程的，携程沟通顺畅，及时解决问题！布布别墅酒店要客观的一分为二评价，客房负责接待和客房部很多政策非常差！每晚3000多的价格连接送船都要自己承担费用！不提供免费接送服务；然后入住第二天的晚上临时要求要加收9岁小孩子入住费用300马币一晚的入住费，不加床也要加钱，相当于要收三晚1800的人民币，説是吉隆坡总部要求的！收费非常不合理！酒店客房在每天水也只能供应2瓶，整个酒店客房部很多政策很不合理及混乱，临时加钱会影响旅途的心情，但是酒店的餐厅服务 口味都非常好 在马来西亚这里算好吃的！早餐非常好吃，还提供免费自选早餐，午餐晚餐也很不错，虽然价格在整个海滩算贵的，但好在味道食材都很好！服务员也很细致会主动点蚊香！体验感很好！如果是带孩子的家庭是不建议来的！这个人名币要4000一晚 性价比服务等各方面差太多了

I stayed at Bubu Villa for my family trip - with my wife and 2 teenagers.
Bubu Villa is well located at the end of Long Beach and it is one of the best places to stay in Pulau Perhentian.
The staffs were very friendly, facilities were well maintained, the food (both the breakfast and grill-dinner) were great as well.
I would surely stay here again and I do recommend Bubu Villa to others who are looking for a premium place to stay in Pulau Perhentian.

Nice hotel , perfect location and friendly staff , the breakfast is amazing and the kitchen staff prepare whatever you want .
The furniture of the rooms is old.

房间很大，有庭院，有一点小马代的感觉，但没找到吹风机。餐饮不错，味道OK，食材新鲜，略贵于其他附近餐饮。服务还是比较热情的，尤其是早餐的现点餐饮服务员工，非常热情主动询问是否有需要order的餐品，主动服务难能可贵，感受很好。但前台服务比较敷衍，看似热情但不解决问题，去到等了很久没有人主动告知可以入住，去到前台询问，几个谈天説笑的女服务员才笑笑説现在ok了，离开时也是因为前台安排等待water taxi错过了船班，明明非凡国际已经很着急多次询问，前台都告知没有问题，船经常会迟到的，我要求他们打电话告知船公司非凡国际还未上船，估计也是没有沟通，很无语，对顾客的服务不应该只是在表面热情，希望能真正为客人解决问题，而不是制造问题。

I wanna give some information about the garden villa and ocean villa, garden villa is way better than ocean villa , it has private yard, it’s a little far from the lobby for more privacy and peace, but ocean villa is near the restaurant and it’s not private, the residence of gardens villa should pass by ocean villas to get to their room and it’s not even beach front, it doesn’t have private yard so the guests couldn’t open the curtains and use the view ??it should be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive ??
the toilet and bathroom doesn’t have door but has view to garden.
The stuff are great. ????
The food is the best in the island but totally is average.
Snorkeling with firus was amazing.??
Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this villa.????

Superb hospitality from ALL the employees. They are all super friendly and helpful! Booked a Garden View room and it’s just perfect. Room and surrounding compound is spacious, quiet and peaceful. Though the food prices are quite expensive compared to the other stays. Location is located at the end of Long Beach and the crowd is lesser here too.
